For the weekend I went to Wales, and during this time visited many places. Since I was young I have always came to Wales for weekends away and even days out.
Llandudno
Llandudno is in North Wales and there is so much to do there, including walking along the beach and pier and walking up the Great Orme which has great views, you can also go on the cable carts to go up and down it too. Llandudno is a place I have always loved visiting since I was young, and is one of my favourite places to visit in Wales.
Swallow Falls
Swallow Falls is a stunning picturesque waterfall that is in Betws-y-Coed.
Dyserth Waterfall
One of my favourite waterfalls to visit is Dyserth Waterfall, it is so beautiful and holds many memories to me.
Rhuddlan Castle
Rhuddlan Castle was the first concentric castle in 1277 and now you can visit the remaining of the walls that are left, which is really interesting to see!
Gwrych castle
I visited Gwrych castle in Wales where I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here was filmed during the years they had to film in the U.K. due to the pandemic. I made a whole blog post about visiting the castle with more photos and details.
Basingwerk Abbey
Basingwerk Abbey is part of a network of Cistercian settlements that once dotted Wales and was founded in 1131 and then extensively remodelled in the 13th century. It is an interesting area that shows the remains of what was once homes.
St Winefride's Well Shrine- Holywell
The holy well at St WInefride's has been a place of pilgrimage since at least 1115 and at certain times of the day you can bathe in the well.
